Happiness in small difficult world...

Once me and my friend were going to mahim. We reached the station and as soon as we came out of the station we were waiting for our cab to come. We saw some people sitting on the foothpath drinking alcohol and playing poker. They seem to be so happy like they have no problems in their life. One of them bought everyone some snacks and they sat around enjoying the night. One of them said to his friend that you are allergic to that chutni in the snack and that person replied him with,"bhai jo hoga dekha jaega abhi enjoy karneka"(brother, we'll see whatever happens after this, right now I'm gonna enjoy) and everyone started laughing.
Looking at them I felt like we have everything in life yet we keep on complaining about everything. We keep on expecting new things and forget to enjoy today. This people don't have concrete house, they don't have nice clothes to wear, they get food only once a day or not even that still they enjoy everything. They care for their family, friends. They are happy in their small difficult world. Then why not we? Seeing them smile I learnt a biggest lesson of my life...

The child's innocence..

It was my birthday. All my friends were demanding me for a party. So i took them to tea villa in borivali west.
It was noon when we enter the cafe. There were very few people sitting in the cafe. We were enjoying the jokes made by our friends and it was a bit loud. But we didn't care. After arguing what to order, we ordered 4 cheese pasta and cheese combo ( cheese is love of my life). We took pictures, laughing, we were having fun. After some time one family arrived in the cafe. It was mother father and their child. The child was very cute. He was dressed in Captain America costume. I guess it was his fancy dress competition. He was very talkative. He got down from his chair and opened his bag and took out the shield of Captain America. And started roming in the cafe. Then the food was finally arrived on our table.

It was looking very delicious. The cheese in the dish was so tempting. Mostly it was because we were very hungry😄. The crust of cheese combo was cooked so well. The boy came to our table and innocently looked in our plates. We all thought that he was also hungry like us. But then he broke the silence by asking, "why do you eat so much of cheese, you'll become fat just like my soft toy". And we burst out laughing. Then he returned to his parents. He then started eating and droping food ordered by his parents.
Small children are so innocent. They say whatever they think and do whatever they want to. We should enjoy everything like small children so that we come to know the importance of enjoying every moment in life.

And she never turned her back to her desires...

The explosive sound of thunder woke her up. She got out of bed and opened the curtains. It was raining heavily.
The leaves of tress were dancing on the rhythm of wind. The birds were rushing to their nests with their family. It was like the clouds are leting go of the tears that were set into them for so long. The smell of the wet mud was so intoxicating like it was calling her out. She saw small children playing in the rain wearing raincoats without complaining the mud stuck on their body, dancing, enjoying the rain.
Her heart was telling her to go out and feel the rain but her mind was stopping her, because she wasn't child anymore. She was a wife a daughter-in-law and a mother. Her world and happiness ended around them.
But her heart was insisting so much to feel the rain and enjoy it. She opened the window and moved her hand out.
She had a goosebumps on her hand due to the tickling breeze. And small droplets of water were droped all over her hand. Finally her heart won a battle and she immediately wore gum boots and went out of the house. She opened her hands and welcomed the rain as if they are new guests. Closed her eyes and promised herself that she would never turn her back to her desires....
There is so much to learn from monsoon season. It teaches us to be free, to feel every droplet of rain and never burn your desires. So open your doors and feel free to enjoy the rain
